I audit all our Care Workers log notes, to see what activities everyone has been up to and how they have been doing the past week.
I call our Care Workers that are in placement, check they are well and check they have the PPE they require.
I call our Service Users; check they are well and if they need anything, I also check if they have any plans.
I will plan who I am going to visit.
Research activities in the area for the following month and email this out to the care workers in placement so they can plan with their Service Users.
Create ‘about me’ profiles for our service users and care workers.
